Applicants must have prior experience in systems training with previous call center experience considered a plus. Applicants must also possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to successfully interface with all levels of management. The project will involve teaching entry-level employees the computer system, customer service skills and other process skills necessary to support a major credit card call center organization.
Applicants must reside in the cities listed above. The project will be full-time for the duration and will include extensive facilitator training on the system. Although the project request is for 6 months, the possibility for extension exists.
